New Jersey Attorney Hanan M. Isaacs Featured Speaker at "Settling Early or Late: The Lawyers' Professional Obligations to Client, Self, and Adversary"

    KINGSTON, NJ, January 26, 2012 /Government PR News/ -- There will be a joint meeting between The Justice Marie L. Garibaldi American Inns of Court -- America's only ADR Inn of Court -- and the New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators (NJAPM), the largest association of professional mediators in the State of New Jersey.

This program will feature a point-counterpoint discussion between two New Jersey attorneys who are highly experienced in negotiations, arbitration, mediation, and litigation. They will debate the benefits and consequences of settling early or late in ADR proceedings. Following the introductory debate, the forum will be open to attendees for discussion.

Hanan M. Isaacs
Hanan M. Isaacs, an experienced New Jersey mediator, arbitrator, and trial lawyer, will be a featured speaker at the upcoming program, "Settling Early or Late: The Lawyers' Professional Obligations to Client, Self and Adversary". Named a "Legend of ADR" by the New Jersey State Bar Association and a peer-selected SuperLawyer of New Jersey in 2010 and 2011, Mr. Isaacs is also an NJAPM Accredited Professional Mediator ("APM") in general civil and family/divorce matters. Mr. Isaacs concentrates his law and ADR practice on Employment Law, Family Law, and General Civil Litigation. He is a New Jersey Supreme Court Certified Family Law Specialist and a trained Collaborative Law practitioner. He is also a mediation ethics trainer for the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education and NJAPM and a frequent author and public speaker on law and ADR topics.
