Rafael C. Ortiz has been accepted among the prestigious ranks of Stanford Who's Who as a result of his outstanding professional career.
BALTIMORE, MD, August 28, 2011 /Stanford Who's Who/ -- Rafael C. Ortiz has been accepted among the prestigious ranks of Stanford Who's Who as a result of his outstanding professional career. As an Associate Administrator for the Criminal Division for Baltimore City Circuit Court, as well as throughout his brilliant career, Rafael has routinely displayed the passion, vision and dedication necessary to be considered among the best.
Baltimore City Circuit Court is the largest criminal jurisdiction in Maryland. Mr. Ortiz is responsible for administrating assistance for all arraignment courts, reception courts, felony trial courts, and misdemeanor courts. During his collegiate career, Rafael earned an Associate's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Niagara Falls University as well as a Master's degree in Personnel and Administration from the University of Northern California. He also studied Personnel Management and Administration at Webster College and Judicial Administration at Michigan State University.
