In this role, Ms. Smith leads change management initiatives, helping clients overcome barriers to the realization of strategic goals and benefits. In 1969, Ms. Smith earned a master's degree in social work from the University of North Carolina. Her professional affiliations include the Organizational Development Network and Women in Technology International. Aside from work, she supports the New York City Fire Department, Jimmy Carter Center, Susan G. Komen for the Cure, Habitat for Humanity International and Central Park Conservancy.
