Community Development of Morrison County Offers Successful Engaged Community Workshop
Morrison county businesses get "hands-on" social media session hosted by Golden Shovel Agency.
LITTLE FALLS, MN, December 07, 2011 /Government PR News/ -- Community Development offered a social media awareness workshop for small businesses in Morrison County. The workshop titled, "Engaged Communities" was attended by nine area businesses or organizations. The session was facilitated by Ron Kresha, President of Golden Shovel Agency.
The session was designed to help local businesses learn how to use social media to expand their local business efforts and to reach a wider audience. Attendees were presented with a brief history of social media awareness and brand creation followed by a "hands on" session of the most popular tools.
According to Carol Anderson of Community Development, "We continue to provide resources and opportunities to ensure the success of businesses of Morrison County. This was a great workshop to move small businesses forward in their social media efforts."
