2011 marks the third consecutive year Milligan has been named a Super Lawyers Rising Star. Attorney Milligan has extensive experience in serious felony criminal defense litigation and has represented hundreds of people in state and federal courts. He is certified by the Committee for Public Counsel Services (CPCS) to represent individuals in Superior and Appellate Courts in Massachusetts.
Milligan is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and Massachusetts Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Additionally, he teaches courses in trial advocacy at both Harvard Law School and Northeastern School of Law.
