Wendy Hurd to Be Profiled in Exclusive Registry
Wendy Hurd accredits her success to her determination to learn
DRAPER, UT, September 1, 2010 /Government PR News/ -- Wendy Hurd, Geographic Information Systems Analyst for Utah National Guard, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in team building and leadership training.
As geographic information systems analyst for Utah National Guard, Ms. Hurd specializes in geographical informational systems and database management. In her position, she creates Armory facility maps, and maintains a state-wide database. She became involved in her profession through her interest in geography, and she attributes her success to her passion for her profession and determination to learn.
Ms. Hurd received her Master's Degree in Geographical Informational Systems from the University of Redlands in 2006. She is part of the Utah Geographic Information Council and volunteers for the Alchemist Course. In the future, she intends to continue working with the Utah National Guard and update the state's database for easy access to more people.
